About the event
Join us in the kitchen for a collaborative food preservation day! Use our commercial dehydrators to procsess an abundance of apples gleaned from the Salt Spring Food Share program. Want to learn more about this program? CLICK HERE All particpants will get a portion of what we create. Dehydrated apples will be ready to pick up the following Sunday at the Sunday Food Share at The Root.
