Join us at The Root this November for hands-on canning workshops with expert facilitator Kayla Siefried! Learn food-safe techniques that will let you enjoy your seasonal harvests all year long.
Kayla, the Site Manager and Adult Education Coordinator at the Compost Education Centre in Victoria, will guide you through the essentials of safe canning and food preservation.
