Overview: Are you interested in using local farm fresh ingredients in your cooking but don't know where to begin? Or maybe you're a small food business looking to expand, but food- safe certifications are getting in your way? Whether a beginner or an intermediary chef, the Farmland Trust invites you to join our upcoming Kitchen Knowledge workshop. Together, participants will make a local farm fresh meal while learning food- safe theory along the way.
What to expect during the course:
Work along-side a trained nutritionist to make your own farm- fresh meal
Become familiar with local farm- fresh ingredients
Learn food safe theory, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point protocols
