Wear Your Heart. Send Some Love.

What if supporting local food security was as simple as sending a letter or pulling on your favourite t-shirt?

We've teamed up with local artists and makers to create a small collection of beautiful, meaningful merchandise that helps strengthen our local food system while spreading a little kindness along the way.

Apples of Salt Spring Island Cards

When was the last time you wrote someone a letter just to let them know you were thinking of them?

Our Apples of Salt Spring Island greeting cards feature original artwork by beloved Salt Spring artist Briony Penn. Each card comes with an envelope and is perfect for sending a note of gratitude, encouragement, or simply a reminder that someone matters. $5 each or $20 for a pack of five.

My Heart Hears You T-Shirts

Printed locally on Salt Spring by Potion Printing, these soft, 100% organic cotton shirts carry a simple but powerful message: My Heart Hears You.

Available in forest green and slate blue, they're a wearable reminder that kindness, listening, and community matter. They're also a great conversation starter about local food, community resilience, and the work we're doing together.

Supporting Local Food Security

Every purchase helps support the Salt Spring Island Farmland Trust's work to protect farmland, grow local food, share harvests, and create opportunities for people to learn, connect, and thrive.

Whether you send a handwritten note or wear your heart on your sleeve, you're helping build a stronger local food system—one rooted in generosity, connection, and care.

To purchase cards or t-shirts, send us a message. We'd love to hear from you.
