FarmFolk CityFolk’s biennial capacity-building and networking event brings together farmers, gardeners, students, and seed community activists to share ideas and learn about all aspects of seed security. The event provides a platform for exploring seed production techniques, marketing models, policy issues, and community organizing, with the goal of strengthening BC’s sustainable seed sector. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support the Halloween Fun-Raiser at the Root Food Hub. Despite the rain, we had a wonderful turnout of families, kids, and community members who made the day full of laughter, games, and Halloween spirit.
