Each participant will receive a copy of Carmen's book, The Spirited Kitchen: Recipes & Rituals for the Wheel of the Year with their ticket. Already have a copy? It makes a great gift!
Come celebrate the start of the early harvest season with us as we create a collective altar and make offerings, set intentions, and seal them with ritual craft and magic!
Taking inspiration from the Lughnasadh chapter of The Spirited Kitchen along with the bounty of the season at the farm, participants will be shown how to make bee charms, witch ladders, foraged incense, and spell jars.
All materials are included in your ticket price, but you’re welcome to bring items from your own backyard (and extra to share if you have surplus.)
Our shared meal will be the same – a salad buffet and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided, but you’re invited to bring an offering to the community if you feel moved to and have extra to share.
Items you may also want to bring: • a journal and pencil • layers in case of wind, bug spray if needed, a paper fan if we get a heat wave • sunscreen and a hat • water bottle • a blanket and small pillow to sit on • any sacred items you’d like to place on the community altar to be charged with the energy of the day
